Paolo's is located on the ground floor of Wood Hotel, Skelleftea, Sweden. I love it, cool , chill vibe atmosphere. If you are not looking for a heavy meal, it's the place for you, although they have pizza too. You have to order at the counter, and they will serve the food. Limited choices of drinks but more on wine. All in all, I love this place.

Interior is beautiful! Thought the pizza was massive. One of us had a salad and it felt like it had been made maybe the day before. Soggy and didn't taste fresh unfortunately. Very pleasant staff!

Cozy atmosphere even they have an open view with super friendly staff and an unusual but delicious shrimp sandwich and a full choice of cakes to go with coffee or tea.

Friendly and fast service. Liked the tagliere salumi starter. Had the tricolore pizza for the main course, it was good and huge. I only managed to eat 3/4 of the pizza.

The food is really great and the atmosphere but the staff is very inexperienced and the wait time can be long during busy time.

the food was bland and uninspiring. The pasta I had was clearly overcooked and the sauce lacked any taste. The atmosphere and staff are nice though. Would generally not recommend.
